A close-knit community of adults who interact in the community as well as the opportunity to participate in a community garden, and other community-centric activities. Zane
Situated on a corner of a residential neighborhood, our Zane site houses women who are given support to adventure into the community. Other support services offered include, but are not limited to: rep payee and other financial support, nursing med distribution, and encouragement to participate in either work or volunteer opportunities.

Conveniently located in Boulevard Plaza, Brooklyn Center. We are three blocks north of 694 on Brooklyn Blvd. We can be reached via personal vehicle or MetroTransit Route 723 or the 761 express. Once in the parking lot, office suite 7022 is located in the first building to your right.
