Thank you for your interest in Independent Haven. We are a waivered services provider of apartment living with customized and supported living services in Hennepin and Wright Counties. We are licensed through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (245D) and the Minnesota Department of Health (Comprehensive Home Care). We accept DD, BI and CADI waivers.
We provide services in apartment buildings located in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park and Buffalo. Clients have their own apartment.
Independent Haven customizes services based on the needs of each individual. We focus on assisting clients in developing independent living skills. Some individuals may “graduate” from Independent Haven to a more independent setting while other individuals may make Independent Haven their permanent home.
